I like the food here but it’s just really expensive. It’s great to go for sandwiches and stuff but I ended up popping out buying a ham here because I could go to Costco and get a bigger one for half the price.

Before arriving to try and purchase the few slices of ham that I bring every year to Christmas dinner I went online to preorder. Unfortunately you can only purchase $50 and up so I went in the next day right at 7am. I was told they only take online orders and when I explained that I tired so just so oh well and refused to serve me. So I went down to the next closest HBH and had a totally different experience and was served no problem. They said they have never heard of online only orders. Very disappointed with the customer service at the Colonial location.

I prepaid my order and was in and out fairly fast, especially for Christmas. The Ham was great as always and my family enjoyed it as well. The store was clean and organized and appeared to have plenty of products on hand.

If you need a lesson on terrible customer service and poor management, you have to check this place out. 10 people in line and literally we can see an employee sitting at a desk with head down on desk in back room. Another employee is sitting in back room eating chicken wings. The line is long and no employees were at the register or area with customers. One customer said it best, “don’t get frustrated, get fascinated’. It’s truly fascinating that a company with such a great product can be run so poorly.

Loved the ham the customer service was good at the counter. The parking was terrible & this year they did not have any outside registers? Also it would be nice if customers could pay on their phones? All & all happy with the service standing in line was about 45min but being handicapped ♿️ on a walker was a littler hard along with parking in the field.Parking: Colonial Drive in Orlando FloridaWheelchair accessibility: Difficult waiting in line, when we were close to the front door had to lift walker up over the curb from the line in the street against the building. Parking in a field ? on a walker with back issues.
