I had one heck of a wonderful Saturday evening not too long ago. I’ve passed by the place a few times in my walks and was always curious about it. This restaurant did not disappoint. It is a memorable dining experience with the best fish selections, sushi preparation and team. I have been to this kind of restaurant in NYC and Boston, but Kadence far surpassed my previous “big city” omakassi experiences. We are so lucky to have this kind of sushi in Central Florida and they deserve all of the great awards that they have!
