We waited 25 minutes to get a seat, another 10 minutes for service, and yet another 5 minutes for our coffees.I'm sorry, but I can't rate the food above a 1-star because I wasn't able to eat it. I ordered eggs Benedict, and the dish came with eggshells. Many shells! As I used my fork to break the yolk, I heard the crunching noise and felt something hard. How do they make eggs Benedict?I told the waiter, and he took the dish away.I refused to have them remake the dish and declined to order anything else. They removed the dish from our bill as a way to make it up to me. I would have expected free coffee at the very least. I can never go back based on my lack of confidence and their lack of respect for my time. More importantly, how in the heck could poached eggs have shells? The manager couldn't offer any suggestions to answer that question.

The service I got from everyone I interacted with was extremely bad. The only one that did her job was the waitress(brianna). I was ready to walk out the minute I got there, but my son wanted to eat there. You wouldn't be seeing me there again!

So I'm really torn on this one! We walked right in and didn't have to wait. Nice setting, easy parking. The staff are super friendly and check on you to help with menus and any needs, so great staff and service. The food was ok, I think we enjoyed the French toast the most. The coffee, both the hot and iced coffee, tasted very watered down....I didn't even finish mine. I'm not sure if this was a one-time issue or if it is the standard here.

The eggs Benedict were perfect! Large portions and the coffee was hot and fresh.
I enjoyed my experience here. The texture of my Belgian waffles was off, very difficult to cut with just a fork, but the taste was fine. Other than that, everything was good. Could have just been an improperly mixed batch of batter.

I am vegan and I was so worried at first to join my family for breakfast at Keke's but Theresa made everything so easy and I couldn't be more greatful. She kept checking on us and I didn't have to worry about getting any diary in my food. She really got me! Thank you Theresa and the rest of the amazing staff for this world-class service. Take a sweater! AC was pretty low but not intolerable. The place was very clean. Food was very good although I found a short black hair next to my eggs. I wasn't bothered by it because it wasn't actually touching my food but still. The waffle was amazing. Over all a good place to eat.
