Seraiah is our one and ONLY server we use because she’s amazing! We love this place. Is a big group from work and we all only want her for our service.Highly recommended!!Parking: Lots of spaces

I'll start by saying you know what you're getting when you go to ale house. With that being said, this place should still should follow restaurant 101. For example when the manager drops your food off maybe ask "is there's anything else I can get you?" instead I got him saying big red and dropping it off and walking back to expo. I waited for the bartender to come by in my area to ask for ranch. There was no check back on how the food was at all. Mind you there were 7 people at the bar and not many tickets in service well. She did come back when my beer was out though so that was good. Finished my good and still no conversation or asking how it was or anything.. I'm not asking to be my best friend or even have conversation but simple check back would be nice meanwhile two seats to my right I assume a regular comes in and they are talking all personal stuff. Come to find out from workers asking for him, Johnny the manager just seemed to be annoyed he was working there or in general but he made this face and reaction when anyone of the works asked him to do something. He might be in the wrong industry or might need to be aware of his surroundings. All in all, I know what I get when I come to Ale House, but even this service surprises me. Food was great, beer was cold, prices are great, but work on the service at the bar and management.
