I walked into the store today, and the young lady behind the counter was training, and there was another young lady with her who Seem like she really didn’t wanna work today because when I was placing my order and I said, can I have the chocolate chip cookie Bundt cake she has well which one do you want in a sarcastic voice and she just kept having an attitude the rest of the whole order and when I purchased a little bag to put my cakes and she goes, do you want it in that bag, I paid enough for these things today and I really don’t need to be treated poorly

Great staff and awesome cakes. I ordered online and my order was prepared perfectly and ready on time. I no more than left and my wife called and asked me to pick up one more cake. I went back and they helped me immediately. The process was easy and everyone enjoyed the Bundt cakes.

If you want the mini cakes you can’t pick your flavors on the spot. You have to pre order and they stated it would take 30 minutes to get it together. The store was empty. They had preselected assorted boxes.

My niece and I were craving something sweet and wanted to try something new. I have only ever had a sample of a nothing Bundt cake and remember it being really good, so that is where I ended up. When I walked in, I was not greeted.In my opinion it's the least you can do, especially when there is only one person in there. I ordered the carrot cake and strawberries and cream cakes. The carrot was for myself and when I tell you it was good, it was good! The icing was perfect as well. It totally hit the spot. My niece is little and loves anything sweet, so of course she liked hers as well. I will be back because the cakes are tasty. This could have easily been a 5 star review but again, besides telling me the total, there was no other engagement.

The last 2 times (Dec 2023) here the bundtlets had basically NO FLAVORING inside the cakes themselves! Very disappointing! No where near as good as the Texas stores.

I absolutely love this place! I've had some different cakes and bundtinis through office birthdays and fundraisers, so I wanted to get one for the holidays this time! I figured they'd be pretty busy this time of year so I made my online order ahead of time for pick up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even let me pick my order up early when I called ahead. When you walk inside you're immediately it with all the delicious smells of the cakes, it was difficult not to take some bundtinis for the road! They have all sorts of flavors for all occasions so if you're a Bundt cake fan, or looking to change up your usual desserts you should check this place out!
I ordered bundtinis for my baby shower in early November and they were delicious. These are a great alternative to a cake. I ordered over the phone and picked up. The process was easy and the service is great!

OMG if you haven't had cake from this place; don't do it you'll never want to eat cake anywhere else again JK But seriously ... This place "Nothing Bundt Cake" was amazing Mackenzie Harrison you are so lucky that your mama; Erica Dudley Helps runs these places. she should be so proud. This place was spectacular. Super clean.. It was a hard decision, I almost got the Pumpkin but I got the Carrot and Papa got the Chocolate chocolate chip !! The people that work here were so kind and so nice they even stopped and took time to give us information about the ingredients when I was asking. (you don't see the patients in Customer service very often anymore ) The only thing is is they don't accept tips and they don't have the ability to take tips and they really do deserve tips so I'm giving them a high-fives and kudos for being such a great customer service. Stacy & Crew was Above & Beyond our expectations and the tastes were so good & we will be back

Cakes are always delicious but the service is hit-or-miss. Sometimes you’re met by someone sweet who hands you the correct order. Other times you’re met by employees who are rude and incompetent (like today). Ruins the entire experience.
