Update: maybe I was thinking there were pizza cases. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed today. I will give them another shot. We’re all entitled to a bad day!!What the heck happened?!?!?!? This place was soooo awesome and now it’s just another corporate chain store. You used to be able to see all the pizza and get your own drinks. It catered to working guys like me that could get in and out and stay on the move. Now it’s slow as molasses took 25 min just get a Pepsi and 2 slices of plain pie!!!! I’m now sad it turned into this. I really loved this place before ??

This place has GREAT food!! I've never tried it and my roommate literally just picked up some carryout from there. I got a calzone with meatball and pineapple and he got a chicken parm..Both items are fresh ingredients and just wonderful flavor! You can even tell immediately that the mozzarella cheese they use is not a cheap brand..I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't! Also..I don't usually like marinara sauce but theirs is absolutely delicious!! Thanks so much!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!! 5️⃣⭐️!!!

This place used to be good. Picked up a Sicilian with pepperoni last night. It tasted like cardboard. I tried 3 different pieces. Was so gross I threw the entire pizza in the trash. For $22 I expect a lot more.I would've called to discuss this, but I tried to place a timed order 3 times yesterday. First call I was put on hold for 8 minutes. Called back over an hour later and two separate calls was put on hold for over 3 minutes. I hung up.Very very disappointed. Waste of money

Best pizza restaurant in Orlando... maybe America!!Great friendly service. All the staff are happy to be there and help.The food is great. The Sicilian Pizza is amazing. The Ceasars salad with anchovies was perfect.Real hand Tossed Pizza.The wait staff is highly attentive and makes sure everything is perfect and your drinks are always refilled.

I live in Rhode Island, and although it's highly Italian and its culture...the pizza options are very limited and not the best overall.After having these 2, I'm struck. My tastebuds were shooting off fireworks left and right! I can eat a lot of food in one sitting, but this was full of goodness!For anyone who sees this review, you will NOT go wrong with having these!Absolutely remarkable, and to NYPD Pizza Lake Cay... If you ever decide to branch to Rhode Island, you might hit the jackpot!!!(And priced perfectly!)
