I liked the noodles with chicken and shrimp and lasagnaBut the strawberry limoncello margarita appetizer ? is presented on the menu in a glass and they brought it in a glass of soda and you lost the feeling of wanting to try it on top of the strawberry garnish that was dry. The truth is that I didn't want to ingest it.The food took 33 minutes and when we complained they told us that they were late in the kitchen. And when I asked for water because I didn't want to drink the drink anymore... they never brought it. It made me uncomfortable... but even the head of the bus forgot to give us the payment ticket. This time I was not happy having lunch here. I left very sad and my husband was upset.

We had my father's retirement dinner here with some family tonight and our server Austin was great! Not everyone was able to make it at the same time so unfortunately for Austin the table was taken up from 5pm to approximately 8:30pm. He was very professional and courteous and was incredibly attentive! He made the night even more special than it already was. Obviously the food was good, but the service was top tier. Give that man a raise! We will be back because of the service

I would be giving the actual store more then 2 stars had they not fired out server as she was serving us. Over a simple mistake,Our server was great to us had a smile and was very quick with the food.Not one of the servers were the same from what we saw.I think that this location is going to need better management and better treatment of their staff.

So this would have been a five star review except upon leaving I was approached by a manager who had not even taken the time to see if my meal was paid for before she accused me of not paying! I have never been so embarrassed and I calmly explained to her that I had paid my waitress in cash. This manager was a white woman who was very rude looking as she looked at me with her big, bulging angry eyes and insisted that I needed to pay for my food at the kiosk at the table. I told her I'd already paid. She really embarrassed me and i had hoped to give a better review because my server was amazing. This manager should really check with her servers before she just assumes someone hasn't paid their bill. Very poor management but servers are great.
We had the pleasure of having Paola as our waitress yesterday. She is an amazing server…pleasant, efficient, attentive…just perfect! We had a table for 9 with many special requests. She handled all of “specialness” with grace and a sweet smile! Thank you Paola!As always, the food was delicious, too!
Went for lunch with a large group of people. We all sat in the same room & the wait staff was welcoming & efficient managing the process of ordering, food brought to the table, and handling all our checks. It had been awhile since I'd been to Olive Garden - the menu had alot of great choices & was sensible for lunchtime. My lasagna was delicious and the breadsticks great! Nice decor & great food, great service. Recommend!

First time coming to this Olive Garden and it didn't disappoint. Our server was amazing, he was friendly and kept checking in on us to make sure we were good.The pasta was delicious I ordered the chicken Marsala and my husband had the chicken fettuccine with crispy chicken.The drinks were amazing we ordered the new Sicilian sunset. Very freshening.We will definitely come back.

This location was located in Orlando on East colonial...we were celebrating a birthday, there was just 4 in our party...we were sat as soon as we walked in, this was mid day on a Saturday...the server got our drink orders quickly, told us specials and we knew what we wanted so we ordered them...the bread sticks arrived about 5 min n after we ordered...which were delicious...our salads came soon after..our meals came about 15-20 minutes after our appetizers...the drinks were refreshed as soon as they got half full...it helps if you put them on the table where the server can see it...food was great, I had a appetizer for my meal...which was filling...the prices are a little out of my budget... roughly 20 dollars per meal...I don't suggest olive garden for everyday eating out, but for a special occasion is great...we had a gift card and it happened to be the birthday guest favorite restaurant...your looking at a 115-120 dollars for 4 people....the service was great overall.. nothing over the top, just refilled drinks and checked on food....the menu was mostly spaghetti and pasta items.. overall i think you could get a better value at a local restaurant instead of the chain...I did give it 5 stars because the server and food was great...but if your on a budget i would definitely skip it...
