Decided to bring my family to Panera for the first time, the cashier (Trinity) was helpful at explaining the menu due to the Pick2 option it was very ridiculous and hard to understand. Bit thankfully she was more than willing to explain the menu and even suggested getting the wild rice soup.The music wasn’t too loud, but it was very cold inside. Overall pleasant experience
Service is great! But I am not too happy with this Asiago Bagel that had “Sausage” in its title, but when you choose it on the touchscreen there is an option to add sausage with an upcharge (I assumed this was an extra sausage).It was not an extra sausage, so I got a bagel without sausage.Very misleading; I ended up getting a sausage patty from Macdonald’s.

The super hard bread, the first time it happened to me, it was impossible to eat it. The rest was good, the service was good, the only thing I didn't like was the bread, it was horrible for how expensive they sell it.
