I ordered a large 1/2 cheese 1/2 bacon pizza with the Parmesan crust and what was delivered was a thin crust pepperoni pizza. When I called to let them know the wrong pizza was delivered I was told there were no drivers available and it would take an hour to deliver the correct pizza. I had to send my son to take it back and get the correct pizza!

Before you order here please read this...I worked here for 2 months. Aside from being fired for my brakes and rotors needing to be replaced as a driver, it was not ok all around. The pizza sauce they use is opened and just left out. For hours. Until they use it up. Protocol says the sauce can't be exposed for more than a few hours before needing to be replaced. THE GENERAL MANAGER AND ASSISTANT HAVE NO CLUE THIS IS A THING. So every one of the pizzas you eat is made with expired, unhealthy, potentially contaminated sauce. Now the cheese... that too has an expiration time frame. Not that they care. Hot, left out cheese on your pizza? So long as it looks good they'll serve it. Food poisoning in a pie, please! Idk about anyone else but if I leave any food out it goes in the trash. Not in a box to be served up as fresh.Normally, I would not leave such a review. I know some are going to read this and think it's a petty ex employee who can't swallow being fired. And think what you want. But I worked there and wouldn't eat the food I made after realizing I was getting sick from my own store. And then get fired because I wouldn't risk my life for pizza? This place is a joke and a week of belly pain for all.

I was in the area visiting last month around Christmas time. I ordered Shaqaroni pizza online and the pizza was ready when I got to the store. The guy who handed me my order was pleasant. The pizza was really good, too. Me and my kids enjoyed it.

Papa John's. I haven't had you in a whiiiile. The pepperoni was plentiful and my friends had veggie pizza. Unfortunately, my friend is greedy and doesn't know how to share so it wasn't split evenly. But it's okay, karma will get him one day.It had a lot of sauce which I enjoy and they were nice enough to give us 3 pepperoncinis instead of 2.Will get it again once there's a sale.

I made multiple orders online to celebrate a football Saturday night, and every single one didn't go through. I placed multiple orders over 3 hours and none of them were sent, and even after complaining I was still forced to pay full price. When I finally got my pizzas, they were cold and extremely stale. I have never been more disappointed. Never ordering here again.

Temperature of food seems as if it had been sitting a while. I set pickup for 5pm. Looks like someone took a chunk of our cookie dessert. The bones less wings barely had sauce on them. They gave an open old ranch sauce. First time ordering from this location. Probably won’t again.

Our pizza was labeled as delivered and we never we got it. Called the store and they literally had us on hold for so long that regular customer service answered faster. $40 worth of food and where was it? Thanks for turning my already terrible day even worse.

3 out of 3 pizzas in my order were wrong, toppings are missing, not cooked well done, order tags on each box are right but the orders are a mess. my order took 2 hours to deliver on a Monday night, the DoorDash driver text me “sorry they said they don’t feel like making your order rn I’m gonna have to cancel” The text me they decided to make my order, and I tried to call and talk to a manager for 45 min but they kept putting me on hold.
I stopped ordering from Papa John’s because the service and food went so far down hill, my last order wasn’t edible because it was undercooked. I thought after a year it would be better… nope it’s worse.
THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I’m ordering from local pizza from now on.

Nothing like having to microwave your pizza after it's 40 minutes late. This place has seriously gone downhill. The entire company has. I used to order for all my staff parties and for myself. Decided to order tonight. What a mistake. There's plenty of options in this area for pizza. Avoid this one.
