The dining area is fairly small, but as long as you don't have a big group, it's perfect (there were three of us this time around). They seem to have a nice specials board that I'm told changes frequently, which is a nice reason to try new things on future visits. I would 100% recommend getting "the knight," and apparently, the tomato bisque goes great with "the ninja." Overall, I will definitely be going back when I get the chance!“

“Fantastic little spot. Stopped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. Got the breakfast combo plate with scrambled eggs and ham, guava and cheese pastry, and tostones. All joined by a delicious cafe con leche. If you get the chance, you should really come by. Everything was delicious and the garlicky salty oil the tostones are dipped in make for just the right touch of savory flavor to an often bland side dish.“
“Delightful service from Jessica! She was very friendly and made sure my matcha was perfect for me. The German potato salad was nice and warm, yummy as well. I did get one of their vegan sandwich options, it was simple and tasty but I think I’d like to try one of their hot sandwiches next time! I got the Alicia B which has a fruit chutney which was v good, the red onions on it paired nicely. The location is quite old and had a long history, which can be seen in the ambience. Also, I checked several tables and most of em were sticky. Overrall, service was top tier, the food was good, but I feel some drastic improvements can be made with the facilities. The employees was SUPER accommodating & patient. The Bourbon glaze was BOMB, I asked for a side of it. I don't regret the idea of dipping the fries in it. I'm not a fan of the drink Bourbon, but this sauce is FINGER LICKIN' GOOD. It's a food court, so it's not a fancy, elegant place, but it was still clean, well taken care of location. “This location is the cleanest JMS I've ever visited. The assembly line/food area was clean and well kept unlike other locations I've seen. The person on the slicer was very conscious about changing his gloves each time as he navigated from the food area to the register. As I was sitting down enjoying my food, I even watched them wipe down and clean the food area after making subs. I was truly impressed with their food safety practices, and felt comfortable consuming my food! The employees were friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed while I decided what I wanted, and they didn't give off vibes like they were annoyed. I had the gluten free bread which was really good. I enjoyed my sub 100%. “The nachos were not worth the price!!! A half bag of chips smothered in hot sauce for almost $6 is wild....the taste was great but the portion seemed like a prank. My husband and I both got the AK-47, the roast beef with sliced super thick, and was folding from the heat like some cheap lunch meat. Gave the 2 stars to the staff and the Kool-aid, both were on point!!Edit: The general manager Carol went above and beyond to make things right from the last visit. She reached out and explained the issue, came up with a resolution to have us come back and we were not disappointed on the return visit. We had the nug pretzels, the White Widow, and the Italian.
