Shin is by far the best sushi restaurant in Orlando. We've tried plenty of places but this has become our go-to restaurant for date nights and when friends and family are in town. We've been eating here regularly for over 3 years and it never fails to impress. Highly recommended.
We've eaten here almost once a week for lunch for years. Try the Chirashi. Super!Update on January 4, 2024: I’ve eaten here at least one hundred times. Super high quality sushi and great service. You cannot go wrong here.

The sashimi is FRESH. Good slices at reasonable value. I ordered the sashimi assortment. The Kirin draft was cold. Overall I really enjoyed eating here. I wish I had a bigger appetite as the sushi served at all the tables looked AMAZING!!Peter and Douglas were excellent friendly servers.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS JAPANESE RESTAURANT.
