Whenever I travel out of Orlando this hotel is my home away from home. Today as I stood in line to check in there was a lady before me that had an issue and the care that was given was impressive. Then it was my turn and I also had an issue with my booking, Lisa and JP are amazing and you should be proud they are the face of your brand! Neither issues were any fault of the hotel but they took ownership and were so welcoming. This will always be my place to stay when needed! Thanks...read full review
This hotel is just minutes from MCO and within walking distance of just about any food you want to eat. We felt safe there, the room was clean, the staff were wonderful and the value to $$$ ratio was excellent.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was what we loved the best. They’re modern and comfortable. Bonus that they let you book a “day rate” so those of us flying in on red eyes can catch up on sleep. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
