I found all of the people encountered at this Starbucks to be very personable and friendly. I spilled a coffee, and it was my fault, but they jumped right into action, cleaned it right up, and made me feel okay about it. That was exceptional customer service!
Great service on a beautiful Sunday morning.I wanted to place a mobile app but wasn't ready by the time I reached the drive-thru. Luckily, there was no one behind me so they allowed me to take my time to get the app ready.Ordering via mobile app these days are the best. I love this starbucks so much. I get discounted starbucks at my work, but i’ll always pay a little extra just to go here. The people are SO UNBELIEVABLY kind and the coffee is always the best coffee i’ve ever had. They’ve only messed up my order like twice in the years i’ve gone there and they always fix it right away and then let me keep the wrong coffee/food for free! The energy is immaculate and everyone there deserves a raise!!!
