My fiance and I walked in to an empty store with just the one worker. She didn’t acknowledge us at all, looked our way and continued to make what I guess were mobile orders while we stood there for 10 minutes. She didn’t welcome us, let us know she’d be with us shortly or anything. We finally just walked out without getting anything.

Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in around 9:00pm walking out at 9:40 with a huge smile on my face. The only employee in the store holding down the fort providing excellent food exceptional customer service. Gave us a lot of laughs and just all around a good time. I had put a note asking for my sandwich to be cut in 4's on the mobile order and it was not cut that way. It wasn't even cut all the way in half. The bread was very dry and even burned though I didn't ask for it to be toasted... the cookies (chocolate chip & raspberry cheesecake) were also dry and near stale almost. I should've listened to the reviews and found a different Subway :(
