Wow! I'm pretty impressed! Everything was so good! From food & service to ambience, everything was awesome! Saturday evening & we, family of 5 were seated almost right away. There was even a kids menu!Food: There was not "too much" rice vs fish. The fish was also fresh and the rolls tasted really good; even the ones with sauce was not overpowered by too much sauce. Menu also had eats other than sushi. Ribeye beef teriyaki was good; chicken katsu was crispy, and kids beef teriyaki is steak straps but not as tender as the ribeye beef teriyaki.Service: Friendly greeting right away. Waiter was also very friendly, quick & efficient. He asked if we wanted food out as it's ready or all together which was considerate. He also made a great suggestion on what else to order based off a roll we ordered. All staff we saw had smiles on their faces & positive attitudes. Kitchen was closing but Waiter was able to still squeeze in an order which was great.Ambience: Great lighting (we're one of those peeps who like to actually see their food). Atmosphere was comfortable & casual enough for adults & families.100% highly recommending this place!Ps. Ordered 13 items & total came out to $160ish (tip excluded).

The food and service was amazing would definitely recommend.
My husband and I went to Sushi Katana while we were in town. We ordered edamame, miso soup, ginger salad, the spicy shrimp tempura roll, sushi nagiri and tuna roll. Everything was fresh and tasted great! But our server, Ken, was an absolute gem! He was so kind and attentive. I heard him offering Chinese New Year blessings to his customers as they left. And as we left, he also gave us a blessing and shared a little about his culture! I will definitely be back because of Ken’s friendly service.

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to all the hype. Rice was long grain and dry, not at all sticky rice (the kind you serve with sushi). The fish was decent but not spectacular, with some cuts tasting old. Katsu pork was well prepared, but the gravy served with it was very odd and clashed with the meat, almost sour, out of a bottle. Wasabi was very weak and seemed cut with other ingredients, not spicy whatsoever. Even the presentation was uber basic, with lots of dead space in the boat just left blank, with no dressing or filling, etc..like they didn't even try to meke it pretty. Service was good, and people were kind. For such an upscale area, I expected more. It's just ok. MTC

Server was so informative and knowledgeable. I believe his name is Ken.We been here multiple times with only one poor lunch. All other times were very good. Their price point is fair and not over inflated. We will be back. Keep it up.
