They need to hire people severely. This is not the first time I have waited 30 mins in the drive through for uber eats orders and it cost me money to sit here and loose any hope of a tip. The worker very loudly grunted with frustration when I said i had a uber eats pick up. I understand their frustration, this is on whoever the manager is for this location. Please hire more people. I know at least 3 people looking for a job

Best Taco Bell around. Makes everything correctly. Nice employees.Parking: Hard to get into mobile order drive thru lane if cars in parking spot behind it. Don't eat in your car and get a refill on your drink.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Everytime I order hard tacos and the bowls, they always forget something or puts little of everything so this will be my last time coming here.

Okay so I honestly never go to this Taco Bell even though it’s the closest to me just because the couple times I’ve been before I felt disrespected by the staff that worked at the window but tonight I decided to and I met Ethan and Simone ! Now I don’t expect top notch service (obviously)because it is Taco Bell but these two were incredibly nice and used kind words and I forgot about my drink and he reminded me before I left which I don’t think anyone else working there would have even cared enough to do that. The previous time I went the workers overcharged me 10 dollars and acted like it was an inconvenience to them which is why I stopped going. Therefore I really believe Ethan and Simone deserve a raise like for real! People working in food service these days can’t even do the bare minimum anymore but they were working at 1 am and it was the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been there. Thank you Ethan and Simone for your positive vibes and nice energy! Please keep it up and I hope management sees this so you guys get paid more than the workers that don’t even do the bare minimum. You guys are amazing Ethan and Simone !

NEVER EVER TRY TO ORDER HERE. It took 50 minutes for me to wait at drive thru. I really hated their service and guys believe me, this Taco Bell branch is the worst in Orlando. God gave us strenth and I wish you guys waiting for an hour for no sake in the drive thru queue. They are so bad.
