Our server was not welcoming and didn't smile once. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day or if he's on the verge of quitting! Overall, the food was decent but worst service I've seen in a long while.

Super cool restaurant with unique decor and menu, but terrible execution... My burger came out under cooked and cold.. upon telling the server she kind of scoffed and said she'll bring me out a new one, great no problem wasn't her fault. My second burger came out as just a plain burger they tried to makeshift into the jalapeno poppers burger but didn't put any fried jalapenos or bacon on it and the smallest amount of cream cheese just to pass it off... I told her when she came back that it wasn't the same burger and it's missing everything. She scoffed again like I was the problem and said "well would you like me to bring some bacon on the side and jalapenos?" At that point we've been there for an hour and half and I just told her to take my food off because my party was pretty much done eating. Her attitude was unacceptable and the service was soooo slow. I wouldn't go back, it seems great on paper but it's over hyped mediocre food at best. The sushi was okay but I've paid half for better sushi.

We had an awesome time me and my family got a waitress named summer she was so nice she wasn’t impatient and she had emotion! Thankfully I had also ordered something I didn’t know what she was kind enough and let the chef make me something new overall it was good!

We were there with a party of nine. Our server, Leroya, mostly aseemed annoyed with us. The food took over 40 minutes, mostly burgers. Our server never took any of our dirty plates off the table, so when she brought the check, all of the dirty places are still there. And because we were a larger party the gratuity was added automatically, which I normally don't mind as a former server myself, but considering the timing of the service and no pre-busting, it felt like it wasn't earned. Also on our way out there were fours posts at the host and, no one said goodbye or thank you. We walked by our server and she never said to buy her thank you, we did voice our experience with the gentleman at the bottom of the stairs. He was only one that seemed like he actually cared about our experience. The burgers were overpriced based on the quality. I'm glad we tried it all but I don't think I would ever return.

I’ve been twice. The first time was good, second time was very not good (all sushi dishes) as far as food goes. I barely ate any of it, concerned if it was even fresh. However, the shake was fantastic. The upstairs outdoor area is wonderful, however, we were sitting on the right next to the glass and there’s a sizable opening in the floor that just drops down to the first story. With a curious toddler, this was a very anxiety inducing place to sit and I’m surprised this area is up to code. All in all - I would come back for a milkshake (much better than the chocolate factory nearby) but not for food. And parents - be weary of upstairs area as far as safety goes around the glass balcony.

Waited over 1 hour for our reservation. After finally getting a table we were ignored for over 25 minutes with other people being served after we came in. After getting up to say something the hostess got sarcastic and smirked.I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Upon leaving I expressed my feelings to the hostess outside and said I was going to leave a justly review and she laughed and said thankyou

The food was better than I expected for a theme park, but the real compliment I have for this place is how WONDERFUL they were with my kids. My daughter (2.5y) was asleep in our side-by-side double stroller, but my 11m son was wide awake. I asked the host if it would be at all possible to keep the stroller at the table and still have a high chair for the baby. I know, an annoying request. But they hostess was so kind and said of course, radio-ed up to the upstairs team and they were ready for us by the time we got upstairs. Our waitress, Daniella, was so sweet with the kids. It was just a very nice experience to KNOW that I’m not an easy customer and still be so happily accommodated. Top notch customer service.
