We enjoyed our experience at the Melting Pot. The food was great and plentiful, the service by Tori was outstanding and the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. We had the experience for two so we tried everything and it was wonderful. From the manager Bryan to the waitress Tori we were very well taken care of. They are both customer service oriented which is a plus in this industry. We were celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary and it made our day that much more special to feel cared about. We opted for the romance package which had the table decorated for our arrival. This does not happen at other restaurant that I'm aware of. We also were provided with a few nice treats, not only for our anniversary but also for signing up for the rewards program. This was our first time visiting melting Pot and it is now one of our favorite spots. We will definitely return again and again. In addition, we will be going to this sandlake location anytime we are in the Orlando area. Tori definitely sealed the deal for melting pot for us. Check out the pictures, they say pictures speak a thousand words. They do speak for themselves.

Robert and Tom were absolutely amazing. Dinner was wonderful but, the service outshined everything. Robert and Tom were attentive and extremely friendly. We laughed through the entire meal and dessert. The atmosphere was very inviting and even the hostess had jokes when we walked in. All around fantastic experience (first time for 3 of the 5). Highly highly highly recommend!!!!Dietary restrictions: One of our party has a tree nut allergy and they were extremely attentive to her needs

My daughter and I came in to celebrate her upcoming graduation. We got an awesome server named Austin G. He was funny and attentive and we never had to ask for anything. We the complete experience on the menu and it was so good. Everything was great quality and of course it’s always fun doing fondue. We will be back soon!

That restaurant is tasty and the experience of your own cooking your food is nice, but they should turn on the two cooking tope that they have on the table because (1) if someone does not eat meat it mixes when cooking their vegetables on the same cooking tope and (2) it lasts too hard to cook the food on that small iron and take a lot of time

Fondue is always such a fun event with a group. Our waiter was amazing. He kept up with all of my teenagers' crazy requests and jokes and kept us moving through the courses at a reasonable pace. Food was amazing as always!

Cheese fondue starter is amazing as is the chocolate fondue desert. The mains are OK but not the best part of the meal. Caters to CoeliacsDietary restrictions: Caters well to Coeliacs (Gluten)

My boyfriend and I made a reservation on a weekday(3/28/2024) at this restaurant, eager to experience the fondue. It took us 3 hours to receive all the food, and for the most part, we were quite hungry.I asked the server why the food was coming out so slowly, especially since the restaurant didn't seem very busy. The server explained that all the dishes were made to order; each raw, uncooked dish was meticulously prepared by the chef to showcase the 'quality' of the restaurant. Hence, the longer wait.We ordered the 'Big Night Out Fondue' for two people, which included the cheese melting pot (essentially dipping raw vegetables into the cheese), the raw meat pot (cooking raw meat in the pot), and the chocolate pot (dipping dessert items into chocolate).Firstly, considering we made a reservation, the kitchen should have prepared the necessary quantity of food based on the reservations and their experience. Waiting 3 hours for all the food is clearly not appropriate.Secondly, the server was aware of our extended wait and attempted to sell us on the 'quality' and 'meticulously prepared' food. Frankly, it felt like an unnecessary intellectual sales pitch to justify the delay. Most of the dishes appeared to require minimal preparation, as they were raw and seemingly pre-made. I fail to see why it took three hours to receive them all.Thirdly, the food itself was lacking in quality and freshness. It didn't taste exceptional; certainly not better than a typical Chinese hot pot. We ended up paying $200 for two people, which felt like a steep price for what we received. It seems this restaurant wants to create an illusion of being high-end and worth the cost, but they've missed the mark on two crucial fronts: FOOD QUALITY and HONESTY with their customers. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant. They fall short on basic food quality, and their belief that high prices equate to quality is simply not true. They seem more focused on appearance rather than substance. To the owner:Please refrain from suggesting I contact your management team for feedback. While I understand it's a professional response, it comes off as insincere. We have shared our feedback with the manager, 'Codi'. I suggest you reach out to her to discuss and improve your business.
