Never been to this location before, but did order my usual. My meal came out hot, fresh, accurate, & delicious. Both assistant managers were very patient with me as they were taking my order & changed my mind last minute. As I was dining in, another employee Maury made sure the entire dining room was doing okay & made us laugh along the way. Seems like everyone here is happy. The food prep area was very clean and the staff is excellent. They were respectful, packaged my food well, and moved quickly despite having a technical issue with the drive-thru. That's what I care most about with fast food, so I love it. Also, great cob salad!

As a manager this behavior is very unbecoming of a manager. I've managed Wal-Mart, auto zone, A security company and I use that experience in my current job, and I tell my team no matter what happens be polite and respectful no matter what happens between the team, smile for the customer because they keep your lights on. Zaxbys are good but sometimes teams need to be retrained
