FoodieIQ Score = 4.2/10 (Okay!) This was my first time trying Zoe's kitchen which I've heard a lot about but I honestly wasn't blown away by it. I got the California rice bowl with grilled chicken and spicy chicken and I thought it was an okay dish and nothing special. The food was cooked well and service was great but flavor wise nothing peaked my taste buds. I've been to a couple of Mediterranean style quick service restaurants and this one has been my least favorite but once again the food IS NOT bad just nothing that sparks my interest.

My steak arrived to the table cold. Great service though as it was fixed immediately.Food is being served in paper and plastic to go containers even if you dine in. Plastic utensils also. Plate presentation is messy. Dirty tables.As I was eating my salad it felt gritty in my mouth like it was not washed. I was so grossed out I left without eating my food. It was a trash meal, very bad experience.This is not the Zoes that I fell in love with pre pandemic. Not worth a return visit. Quality has severely declined.

Staff very nice. I ordered steak kabob got chicken and steak kabob but she gave me a cookie for the error. My son ordered steak and chicken kabob. He got my grilled veggies and my pita chips. I got his oranges. Would of been a 5 otherwise. Great taste, will be back.

The most tender and juicy steak kabobs that I have had! Pleasantly surprised! Falafel was baked and so soft. Very satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend!

Love Zoe’s! I write this review as I sit disappointed. I ordered steak kabob. Streak chunks were smaller then usual and the side of rice was mushy. I hope this place isn’t going down hill and it was just a one time thing. One my favorite places to go for lunch. But for almost paying 20 bucks I expect better. All that rice to the trash. I feel bad but it was bad.

Excellent quick and fresh meal! Kristen was extra helpful assisting me with ordering a safe gluten free meal since I have celiac. She knew to request the kitchen change gloves without me even asking. Great food and service!

Stopped by for dinner to try this place on a Weds I had the Mediterranean Plate with roasted veggies and some hummus Both were excellent The hummus was homemade and tasted great The entree was fresh and roasted veggies were delicious and crunchy For the amount of food you get and the fresh quality the prices were very reasonable It's amazing that McDonald across the street was packed and this great restaurant with very healthy food choices was not crowded Very sad

This was my first time eating here. Food was outstanding and served quickly. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. I ordered the steak kabab meal and my friend got the salmon. They were both really good and under $20. I would highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try.
I would like to thank Angello for going above and beyond after Uber eats messed up my order . He definitely ensured I was taken care of and I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service he offered .

I visited this location for the first time this past Saturday while in Orlando for the day. I have never been to a Zoes Kitchen so my wife and I thought it would be nice to try. From the moment we walked to the counter to place our order, Angello, the young man behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. He was very confrontational as my wife, and I simply ordered the food. We had never been there before so we asked what was on the item that we were ordering. It was actually a bit shocking at how rude he was. Later the food for my wife arrived, but after more than 20 minutes, my food had still not arrive. I had only ordered a chicken sandwich so I was surprised by the long delay. I went to the counter and waited for someone to come and assist me. Angello then looked at me which a nasty look and said "What do you want?". I explained that it had been more than 20 minutes and my food had not been received yet. He rudely said "It's coming, Sit down and it will get there". At this point, I have about had enough of his attitude, but I didn't say anything to him. I just stayed at the counter and he turned again to me and said "I told you it's coming". I said that's fine and I would wait for hit at the counter. The entire experience was ridiculous. I don't know what his problem was and I tried to be as understanding as possible since you never know what someone is going through, but this guy needs to find another job that doesn't include communicating with people. The sad thing is that the food was amazing and was done very well, but Angello ruined the experience and while I might visit another Zoes in a different city, I would never go back to this location and would recommend people not to waste their money to be treated rudely.
