Ordered from port orange on the website. They took the money but was closed for some reason. Grub hub text me informing me I was not getting my food and they couldn’t give me a refund since I ordered from Boston market website. Anyway I called this ormand store and the manager there did a amazing job making things right. I had to go get my food coming from port orange. I was alittle upset but this manager really went and made it right and then some. Great service thank you!!!...read full review
I'm a dasher, it was so hot that day. The order wasn't ready yet .she ask me if I wanted to come in where it's cool and gave a ice water. That meant a lot to me. Thank for caring

The food always tastes good but they were out of chicken and I had to wait for corn. Just like every other place I guess having issues with supply. There wasn't as big a selection of sides like they used to have. The service was very good. I like that they wear gloves to serve. Not every place does. You get a lot of meat with the large plate.
