Staff was very helpful and friendly. If they used white cheese. None of us liked the cheese. We're used to chipotle but tried Moe's for the first time. Sadly not having a white cheese option will keep all 3 of us from ever returning. The meals came with free chips. But we felt we paid for them. Because at chipotle chips cost extra. Gustavo is what brings me in to Moe’s and spend my hard earned money on Mexican food! He makes me feel good about buying EVERYTHING I want!! He is training two teenage boys and I hope he can share his energy and train it into them!! Love this man’s energy and enthusiasm! I will be back!!Parking: Lots of parking available

Limited menu, mostly takeout, but they do have a dining room. The burritos are huge! Very good! Very mild, but we did just move here from NM and we are used to hot chile on everything! They have a wide range of fillings, we got birria. Flavorful, not what I would call spicy. They do use a lot of cumin and cilantro which is good! CiIantro is optional.
