A worker at chipotle was behind kind and generous to my grandmother. She’s very old and didn’t have enough to pay so he covered the rest. He was so kind and I barely got to thank him. On top of that the social atmosphere is amazing and everyone there is so kind! I love chipotle and I’ve never had bad service here.
I love Chipotle! But unfortunately they've not been able to serve burritos and caso dip in weeks. We substituted for tacos instead. Still not a good look for an established business. I really felt for the wait staff, they were young and embarrassed. I submitted feedback to their website.
