Really gonna miss this Wendy’s. The staff was always great, and I hate that they’re going to pay the price for lost business because their newly-appointed CEO came in and immediately decided to price gouge when their food was already getting needlessly more expensive.

Eh. It's a fast food place. Unfortunately, every place seems short-handed and letting some details slide. Such as placing orders on a screen and being prompted to get your cup at the self-serve drink area. And then going there and no cups are to be found. Or the tables are slightly sticky. The food was decent as usual. I will keep going there, but eating inside is not always the been the best experience.

The door was locked at 5pm. They forgot to give me the sour cream for my baked potato at the drive thru that I was taking to someone that's sick and they don't have sour cream at home that's why I asked for some. The line is extremely long in the Drive-Thru and I had to go back thru it due to the doors being locked. When the cashier came on the screen I asked her why are the doors locked and she said because we're short staffed right now. I think whoever owns this franchise needs...read full review
