The best part about Palm Shores Bistro is the consistency. If you've been here once, you can know what to expect every time. But that's about all I can say is really great about the restaurant. Nothing is particularly bad at or about the resturant, it's all just decent. It's not the kind of place where you eat a meal that you reflect on. Just by my personal experience, it's usually a good 30-minute wait for food. Nothing ever really comes out hot if you're with a party, and it feels like all the plates are waiting on one dish for them to be served. The wait staff are friendly and welcoming and have always met every request, but every time I have been, it feel like I have to hunt them down for a refill or whatever my table may need. Overall, I do regularly come here for breakfast with my family, and I'm never disappointed with my breakfast because I know exactly what to expect. The food isn't over the top, but it is still good. It's a good place to start your morning and have a meal where you can actually dine with your family. Would recommend showing up earlier due to the restaurant usually getting fairly full by later morning. Recommendation for food is Jordan's Big Breakfast with French Toast.Parking: It's a smaller restaurant, so depending on what time you go, the parking lot can get pretty full with a long wait time for a table.

Sat on the patio and was never attended to. 4 people sat down after me and were immediately provided menus and their drink orders were taken. All of the staff members that were severing customers looked directly at me and proceeded to ignore me (Including a host). It wasn't until another table sitting across from me informed them no one was serving me. A waitress finally asked if "I wanted a menu". I finally took the hint and left. I have no idea why they didn't want to serve me, but they made the message loud and clear. I won't be back.

40 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we left. As we got up to leave the server was just bringing the bread. 2 meals (one being corned beef and cabbage) should not take this long. And I don’t know why the bread took 40 minutes. And this is not the first time it has taken a long time. Ridiculous.

This place gave me the impression of being a sandwich shop, but I was fooled. This place is more like a fine dining restaurant. I had the Philly cheese steak. Boy that was one great little meal. Tessa was my friendly and attentive server. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, the sweet tea was delicious and the facility and restrooms were very clean. I found this place to be very relaxing and romantic.
This place is awesome in every way from the service to the delicious food. The view was incredible as well. I highly recommend this location for a breakfast/ brunch.

Went here with a group. We sat in an enclosed porch. We had 2 waitresses due to the size of our group. Unfortunately half our group was served long before the other so it was awkward and not a great group party as a result. The food, however, was excellent! I had the fish tacos with fresh mango salsa and my friend had the fish and chips. Another had the steak salad. Everyone loved the food. We will def go back but not with a group.

Palm Shores Bistro and sister business Double Tapp Grille catered two events for us this past weekend. The owners are the loveliest people and treated us like family. I highly recommend their off site and on site catering especially now that Green Turtle has closed. They provided super fair, affordable and the highest quality food service. Their decor touches and details are Insta-worthy and you will get many compliments from your guests.
