Waited at the pickup window for 10 mins with the window open and watched 4 employees laughing talking having a great time completely ignoring me. Finally get my drink and the girl walks away. I wait again she finally comes back and tells me to go up to the other window. Cindy is the best employee here. Super friendly and helpful. Give her a bonus for her excellent customer service. Happy st. Patrick’s Day. However, the ones delivering food to the customers were rude and inefficient. She got the order wrong and did not apologize. Sorry, but Thais was not a good experience.
