Very good food, checks all the boxes of a good burger, I suggest unless u have a very large mouth and hands. Do not get an extra patty on your burger as I did, because the patties are very thick and makes it a monster of a burger when it’s already pretty big. Very good service. Our waiter Paige had excellent energy, amazing social skills, and great efficiency when waiting on us and others from what I saw. I “made my own”burger, and got a side of parm fries and it was so good. My mother which was there with me Got their lobster burger with a side of parm fries and she said it was amazing. And I also got one of their lava cakes in house which Paige doctored up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel and fudge drizzle in which Paige was excited I ordered in rather than to go because “she enjoys dr’ing it up” clearly a lady who loves the food, loves her job and doesn’t well. Not many places in Brevard County actually make their own bagels, except for Salty Bagel, and boy, what a difference! They offer a wide variety of fresh bagels made on-site every day. While taking my order, she spontaneously said, "Iced coffee is a refreshing drink on a hot summer day." However, that's not the case. The ingredients in the sandwiches were mediocre at best, while the bagels themselves were wonderfully baked and toasted. It seems that the owners invested so much care and money into the bagel-making process that they made a small compromise on the quality of the sandwich fillings. What I mean is that the salmon, red onion, capers, and tomato on the Nova were only average, while the bagel itself was outstanding! The same can be said for the Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich. I've had better-tasting bacon at health food places, believe it or not!In conclusion, I can confidently say that Salty Bagel offers the best bagels in the Tri-County area, without a doubt. Once to the table, Barbara provided friendly and prompt service throughout the meal, while also making excellent recommendations. We enjoyed the smoked white fish appetizer, the French Onion Soup was very good, and the clam chowder was amazingly delicious. For entrees, the Steak Diane and the ribeye - each was very well seasoned and perfectly cooked, and the twice baked potato Gregory’s is known for was the perfect side. Our incredible server, Stewart (yes that's the correct spelling) told me that IHOP HAS GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES! They are cooked on the same grill but it's a dry grill and they will wipe it down. I cannot tell you how happy I am! I got to have fluffy, tasty pancakes that did not cause a reaction. And Stewart was the best waiter I've had in a long time. He was attentive without being annoying, he was just as sweet as he could be and anticipated our needs at every turn.
