The service is good, the food and atmosphere are good, only this place needs to keep the pigeons on the roofs under control, which look dirty and contaminated by the natural waste of these animals that sometimes defecate on the food and drink plates.
I had a horrible experience with my to-go order I placed directly through the restaurant. The food was completely inedible. What's worse is that they promised to remake my food the next time I order with them, but acted as if they had no clue about it in the day I called them. As a matter of fact, Ryan, the assistant general manager was so rude when speaking to me on the phone.
