Called for pick up with a Groupon during lunch and they refused to start the order until I arrived. (Groupon does not tell you that you must be in person to order the pizza) I explained to them that I only have a one hour lunch break from work. There would not be enough time to drive there and wait for the pizza to be cooked and then pick it up and drive back. They refused to work with me and were extremely rude. Customer service was great but pizza, not so much. We placed our order and were told it'd be ready in about 15 mins. Got there more than 20 mins later, pizza still not ready. Finally got the pizza and when we got home it felt undercooked. As we bit into it, the crust seemed raw and overall, it was soggy. Its been along time since I've eaten there, first time ordering for delivery, used the online ordering, very simple to use. Estimated order to be delivered in 45-60 minutes came to house in 30. food was amazing, came hot and tasty, definitely will recommend and do again.
