It’s rare that you find the level of service she just gave me at a sandwhich shop but truly she turned around my whole day with her kind manner and gestures towards us. I am SO thankful for her amazing customer care today! Subs are always great here. Clean location.
This is by far the best location in Pensacola! My fiancé is celiac, and the staff always takes so much care when preparing his sandwich! They always go out of their way to eliminate chances of cross contamination to the best of their ability, even when they’re busy. The staff is great, very welcoming and kind. DO NOT phone in an order from the 9mile - Pine Forest location. Remember what Joe Pesci said about drive-thru's? Apparently the same goes for phone orders. The worst Jersey Mike's sub I've had. And I love Jersey Mike's. Sandwich taking apart. Obviously didn't pay attention when taking my order. Totally missed stuff and it tastes like it was soaked in vinegar. I feel like going back and taking my money back out of the tip jar
