Ordered curbside at 930pm. 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my order. The app stated that the order was complete, so I went inside. Staff seemed overwhelmed with no one on the register. Eventually, I had to project my voice into the prep area to get some assistance. I quickly explained my order issue, and the employee confirmed my curbside spot. This McDonald’s deserves a high rating, the taste is the best I have had in the United States. Some of the staff are disabled, so the speed and quality of service may be affected, but they are all working hard. Please be understanding and supportive of the friends who come to the store. They were really slow and didn't even have a lot of people in line, which was weird. My food wasn't hot and the staff was very young and inexperienced. Couldn't answer my questions about the app, nor did they get someone to help.
