“I can’t complain about the food, it’s always delicious, it’s just the fact that half the time I order here, they always forget to include the sauces I ask for in the order. They might be in a hurry with each order, so I suggest the customers to check if they have their sauces that they asked for. For dine in this isn’t a problem because you can always go up to the counter to ask for the items they forgot, but with drive-thru orders, double check for the sauces if it’s there. An example from my experience, I asked for 2 truff sauces which costed $1 each, and both of them were not in my bag. So just double check your orders to make sure it’s complete, because I have had missing items from my orders on more than one occasion.“
“I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I'm so pleased!!!“
“The guy working the front was everywhere but at work. He was eating take out at the counter, forgot what to have them drop my food, and had to ask for my receipt back so he could remember what I ordered. I usually get great service here but not with this guy. The food is always delicious though.“
“My experience with Popeyes is Excellent and It pleases me to say so!!Parking: There is a large amount of parking space in the parking lot .I personally utilize the drive-thru most of the time because I'm usually by myself and for safety reasons.“
“Where they treat you like family! They are always on point! Chicken delicious and love the red beans and rice! Also the coleslaw and omgoodness the biscuits and hot apple pies!!! The staff can’t be beat! The restaurant always clean!! A big plus!Love that chicken from Popeyes!!❤️“
“I love Popeyes spicy fried chicken. I think it’s the best when compared to others., They have also recently added several different flavor of wings.My only problem with Popeyes is they never have anything ready. I can appreciate having fresh food but, on my last visit I ordered & paid on the app 20 minutes ahead. I even got a text that said my order was ready. When I got to the store to pick up my order I was told to pull around while they prepare my order. While I love the chicken, I always have to be mentally prepared for a wait. That wait is there whether or not they are busy.“
“Everything is always nice and fresh and hot. You may have to wait a minute for fresh chicken but who doesn’t mind doing that? It’s fresh,hot, and juicy. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite. It has a nice bit of heat on the end of your tastebuds.“
“I absolutely love this Popeyes! This restaurant has become a go-to spot for me, and there are several reasons why. First the staff at Popeyes is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always make me feel right at home. One of the things that impresses me the most is how fast they prepare the food. I've never had to wait long for my order. Everything always tastes fresh. One aspect that sets Popeyes apart for me is their inclusivity. They have Spanish-speaking staff, which is fantastic because I struggle with English.
