Went through the drive-thru last night around 9:15 after landing in Pensacola. Both Mat and Cyrus, the 2 employees that I interacted with, were very courteous and professional. Not only was our order verbally repeated to us 3 separate times to ensure it’s accuracy, the food was hot and fresh. Great job to the entire staff.
This location was a letdown. Even though it was a little busy, the burgers we received were luke warm. We are used to the hot fresh burgers usually provided when we are visiting back home. Today was not that
