Good Grits!It was my first time to Benedict’s, a small chain in Pinellas County. I can see why they’ve been successful—good food and a clean restaurant—with only a couple quibbles.As a solo diner I sat at the counter with a good view of all the action. Everything about the visit was wonderful. Food tasted great, portions were more than I could eat, and the service was what you'd want on a Saturday morning - good, but not in your face. Definitely worth a stop in if you're looking for some great breakfast in the area. I had the Country Skillet, it was phenomenal.
