We had a good experience at Amore. To be honest, we were trying to order from Brooklyn Calzone through Uber Eats. However, Uber has the wrong restaurant name listed under this address, so we ended up ordering from here instead. We got pepperoni calzones, and they were actually tasty. They were crispy with nice flavor and Parmesan. We were disappointed by the marinara sauce though - it was pretty watered down and bland. We ended up having to heat up our own at home. Your customer service is absolutely ? wonderful ! Picked up order for delivery for Uber and the man behind the counter was polite, let me know it would be two minutes and bam I was off to make my customer happy ? all the places around should be as wonderful as you! Thank

Had an issue with our order. Called and spoke to Taylor, who had immediately apologized and spoke to the manager Jules about fixing the issue. The next day, he was just as professional and as well the manager. Thanks for being accountable and awesome about everything. And food was actually very good to begin with!!!
