We visit all of the locations frequently and have been coming to the Plantation location lately. We have had good service and food, but just curious on why this location is now adding a mandatory 20% gratuity? We tip well for food and service, but like the option to what we pay. We are a party of 2. A group party I understand, but I am not sure why just this location is doing this or is it now all of your stores?
Came to Duffys for a meeting in the private room. The atmosphere was so cool! Super lively and they had a trivia game going on. It seemed like everyone was having a really good time! People were involved, tvs were playing, there was music playing just a very lively fun spot I'd like to go back and experience. Food was good we ordered the quesadilla and nachos for appetizers. The service was great! They were very attentive and drinks were never empty. Would definitely try again!
