Went to the restaurant yesterday night at 8:30pm.. I had no problem getting seated. However from me getting seated to me walking out the restaurant with no food is where the problem lies. The staff was incredibly underprepared or maybe they were just under pressure. I was seated on a wet table, my hands, phone, purse all got wet. The waitress came and took my order after me sitting down for more than 10 minutes scrolling on my phone. The sunset colada I ordered was placed on my table about 10 mins after ordering it.. no straw no silverware. I guess I was to drink it up from the dirty glass. Around 9:04pm the waitress came back saying the food would be coming out soon. Someone from the kitchen I guess came out and tossed a plate of food on my table and walked away, as if I was a dog. Again no utensils on my table. Worst of all, the food they tossed in my table was not even what I ordered. At this point I was disgusted and asked for my check for my sunset colada and a Pepsi I ordered. The service was absolutely poor and I had no food to taste to say how the food was. Red lobster do better!!!!

Great food. However, I would like to see the food trays that transport that delicious food to us, covered with a large dome lid. Additionally, when servers are talking over my food, maybe they aren't aware that saliva may insue. This is just a small sanitary safety tip. Gotta go. Having lunch at Red Lobster ?.

Unbelievable job by Tony and his team. We ordered 24 individual dishes/sides for a basketball team. The restaurant staff effectively made, packaged, and labeled our food in an organized and professional manner. They did a fantastic job of catering to our requests for a large order, and the Atlantic Salmon was excellent. The cheddar biscuits are second to none. Definitely recommend.
First- I love Red Lobster, I've been going there for over 25 years.Second- the Red Lobster at the Fountains Mall in Plantation Florida was awful!

Today is March 5, 2024 and may I say what a wonderful experience I had tonight at Red Lobster. I soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted a smiling hostess. Then she walk me over the bar where Angela made me a Deep Sea Lobstrita let me just say wow and thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. And lastly before I forgot to mention to the manager that night for always checking in to make sure that me and my friend was always being taken care of I will surely be back soon.
