Saffrano is a very cozy and welcoming bistro with incredible service. The crepe is DELICIOUS. My husband ordered the Marrakesh with the main ingredient being shrimp which was magnificent, an explosion of flavors and I ordered the Marrakesh with the main ingredient being Parma ham which was sensational and not cloying.
