I ordered with them through Uber eats and of course food was missing I have never ordered from here and actually got all my food when using Uber I hadn’t done it for over a year and thought no way it would still be happening and sure enough I ordered a 16 piece meal and only got 12 my 3?“large” mashed potatoes were half empty. Absolutely ridiculous I’m feeding 7 kids paid 98$ and not only is food missing the chicken supposed to be extra crispy was super soggy.

First time trying this location. Ordered pick up of the 8 original chicken & 8 strips meal through the app. Went through drive thru so no idea what it looks like inside. Got home and noticed I didn't get any of the sauces. The chicken skin didn't taste like it was fresh off the fryer. The biscuits were kind of tough. The fries was soft and kind of soggy. Most likely they were all just sitting under the heating lamp for some time. But the mashed potato and coleslaw were great.
My son got food poisoning from here. Will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

I seen a customer receive their order inside, went through the order, opened the Mac and cheese the mash and even took a fry or two. Customer didn’t like something about it, they took the order back put the fries the customer gave them and put it back with the other fries and gave the rest of it through drive through. Wow.
Went to get Kfc for a Mac and Cheese with Chicken Bowl and I am not satisfied with my order. Barely any food for the price I paid for. As i eat the food I felt like the food was rushed the chicken so burnt and crunchy and the mac and cheese was okay.
