I used to work on the block behind this place and have been a steady customer since they first opened. They had the best Chinese-Caribbean food and had tons of options that weren't on the menu (you had to call to find out those daily specials). This place is very good. The service was friendly and the food was great. The place could use a little updating, but it's clean. All food tasted fresh and the ingredients seemed high quality.
I'm sad to read and learn that the restaurant has closed. Firi is hands-down THE BEST Chinese cuisine I've ever had. I also hope they reopen somewhere close-by to Lighthouse Point, Pompano, Deerfield Beach area soon!
