Food was very good (boneless wings and slaw). The facility is slightly “run down”. It took forever to get our food and the internal drama by one employee was not amusing. We originally planned to eat in but after waiting and observing the drama we decided to take food out to eat. The employees were very professional to us and during the ordering process.
The cashier took our dine in order and gave us a to go order. Ok fine not the end of the world. Then I go ask for plates and utensils bc he didn't give me any. He looked at me crazy bc he didn't know what utensils was. The soda machine looked nasty. There were nat flies in the raspberry nozzle. Never going here again. If you want chicken go to Pollo Tropical that is in the same plaza.

Ordered 5pc Chicken strips meal. they were overcooked, hard, and greasy. Same with the fries. One of the worst meals and had to be discarded. It was not convenient for me to return to be refunded. I wouldn't recommend it from this location.
