I ordered a hash brown and frappe on the app using my points to pay for the frappe and paid for the hash brown. When I got there to pick up the order at the drive thru, I was told I was not charged for the hash brown and would need to pay for it. I also tried to use my points towards a 6 piece nugget but the crew member kept telling me that the code was not working. Typical McDonald's foods I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich with a hash brown and large coffee. I almost died when the bill was almost $10.00. what happened to the prices.

100% service by the employee who helped us at the checkout. The store could be a little cleaner to earn 5 stars. But it was already late afternoon and there were no people working in customer service at the moment. The store environment is very pleasant.
