“It was fresh and tasty! The treylor park nachos were the star and so very filling. The shrimp and grits tacos are a good concept, but hold the lettuce. Nephew said the ahi tuna tacos were good, and the apple topping made for a refreshing twist.The most impressive thing was the lone employee who did everything except cook the food. “I recently had lunch at Kotobuki Asian Cuisine and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The sushi I had was hands down the freshest sushi I've ever had in the 904 area. Each bite was bursting with flavor and the quality of the fish was outstanding.The service at Kotobuki was truly fabulous. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.While the sake selection was generous, I couldn't help but wish for a larger variety. Doubling the size of the sake selection would be a great improvement for sake enthusiasts like myself.One aspect that could be improved is the chopsticks. Although they were functional, investing in better quality chopsticks would enhance the dining experience and add a touch of authenticity to the restaurant.In terms of decor, I found it to be a bit bland. While it didn't detract from the overall experience, a more vibrant and visually appealing ambiance would greatly complement the amazing food.All in all, Kotobuki Asian Cuisine left a lasting impression on me with its incredibly fresh sushi, fabulous service, and generous sake selection. With a few minor improvements in the chopsticks and decor, this place would easily be a five-star gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Asian dining experience.”

“Great food and service even with a busy Saturday afternoon lunch crowd. Shrimp and grits was very tasty as was the clam chowder. Only downside is very little parking so using the valet service was a necessity.”

“We went for pizza and specifically here because they offer gluten-free pizza. They offer a regular GF crust and cauliflower crust. I ordered the regular GF crust. My husband ordered a non GF crust pizza. He enjoyed his pizza for the most part (he ordered the crust well done and it was not well done crust). I was not thrilled with my GF crust, it was over well done and hard to bite into around the edges. I did though enjoy the toppings, they were very good.The atmosphere is nice, rustic and cozy. They have an interesting bar area. Quite an original design. They restaurant is also broken into two sections; one side is counter order, seat yourself, pick up food when your number is called, the other is sit down, server service (we sat on this side).We've eaten at the V's location in Jax Beach before and that pizza was better. I would have to chalk up our dinner as hopefully a one off situation and I would definitely try it again.”
