I am vacationing in Port Charlotte and visited this establishment four times- the first two times the service and snowballs were ok. The last two times we were pleased 100%. Our expectations were met. Luckily both times we were served by Gaby. She made our snowballs perfect, served them with a smile and with the desire to meet our expectations. Great snowball Gaby! Thank you for the delicious creations!
Always a cute experience.. tasty treats and L.E.O. discounts come in clutch with the inflation springing outta control these days. Definitely a go to for our family. Fast fun friendly and cost is reasonable.

The girl behind the window was patient as it was our first time for the grandson. We used to get snoballs when they were in north port when our kids were young. Now we are going to continue the tradition with the grandkids.I will buy one of each on their board. Soooo many to choose from. I like that it mentions on a sign it doesn't stain. My grandson proved that ? with his " shark attack" snoball. If you like snoballs as much as we do, this is where you want to go!
