My husband and I came to enjoy a nice dinner tonight only to be greeted by a rude hostess when we came in. I had previously called and spoke to a nice woman and told her we were running a little late due to traffic and had reservations for 7. She told me it was slow to not worry. We celebrated our dear friend's birthday at Red Lobster, Port Charlotte, FL last evening. Due to its popularity there was a wait of approximately 30 minutes or so. We were seated by the friendly manager and our server Jenna arrived shortly thereafter for our drink orders. Although the restaurant was very busy our drinks and food were served in a timely fashion, food was hot and absolutely delicious. Our server was excellent. The food was pretty good. A little too much seasoning but still pretty good. However nothing here is fresh, it's all frozen. If you're looking for seafood that's fresh caught this is not your place.
