My daughter attempted to use the app for her order. I was not confident that it was placed so I tried calling the location. After about 15 mins of calling attempts I just drove there. Upon arrival they were not busy at all. I mention possible order online they never checked and looked at me saying none. Looks like a mom and papa owners with their children at the counter. I did ask to speak with a manager to which I was told she is only in twice a week.
I order all the time, it's usually pretty good, but sometimes the bread isn't good and is hard (& it's not toasted.). Tonight I ordered 2 subs and the bread is so hard and crunchy I do not even want to eat it. I tried calling the store twice but no answer so now I don't know to get this dealt with. I'm very disappointed I'd be given what seems like stale crunchy bread. I can't afford to throw $24 in the trash but I just can't eat this.
