Wife and I were there Saturday afternoon and the server was very confused and disoriented, wrong appetizers brought out, forgot wife's wine, asked me what I ordered. Waited for a long time to get burnt French onion soup. Finally told server to cancel the remaining order and give me the check. This is the second time that this server waited on us and we tried to be open minded but it was ridiculous. The Manager comped our drinks and we left.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye which came with 2 sides. I ordered a caesar salad and baked potato. My caesar salad had a foreign object in it. It appeared to be a piece of thin cardboard! I had already eaten about a quarter of my salad. I wasnt looking for the manager to comp my meal. I got an apology. It just kind of bugged me I had to ask if I could at least have it replaced with another side. Foreign object aside, our server Liz was excellent as was my delicious ribeye.

I ordered the spicy chicken appetizer, I definitely enjoyed it, although the dipping sauce provided wasn’t for me. Better paired with ranch. The shrimp appetizer is always our goto pick, So good. They have a great French onion soup, the cup portion is perfect if you don’t want too much but just enough before your meal. Lastly I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. It was fresh, and tasty. I also feel as if Longhorn provides great portions for the price.
