Poor service always takes forever. Fries are always ice cold. Asked for new ones last time and they just put the same cold old ones minus 1 pack back to us. Gave them 3 med cold fries and got 2 med ice cold fries in return.. poor service and communication. Unless u speak
One of the guys who takes orders is animated and awesome everytime I talk to him. In the other hand the lady at the second window with the bright lipstick is always frowning, unhappy, and peeved to do anything extra.

I think there was a new manger, or it could just be the lunch manager. But service was quick and friendly then in the evening. Staff seemed friendly and happier too. Big Mac was great.
