The low star rating is because I went in for dinner after work and I asked the lady if she could place a special order which was I want a quarter pounder but without ketchup mayonnaise or mustard and substitute for Big Mac sauce they said not a problem we'll take care of you got all my food got to the car and my food was ice cold it felt like it's been sitting there for hours I also asked for the new sauce that they came out with which was the sweet chili sauce they said that...read full review

Drive thru. It wasn't very busy and my food was made right, but bun was dry and cheese was really cold. It wasn't hot enough to warm it. Nuggets were good tho. But probably won't stop there anytime soon.

Employees blatantly ignore you on even though they are still open. It takes someone walking back behind the counter in order to get their attention and just to get someone to refill your drink. I will not be coming back.
