Love coming to this particular Panda Express. The wait time is non-existent, super fast service. Food is as expected. Customer service is always spectacular! Friendly, too! Kudos to the entire team! You guys are awesome!Vegetarian options: No real vegetarian selection except for chow main, rice, vegetables, and vegetable spring rolls.
The reason for the low stars from me is that I ordered my meal online because I know they are normally busy. I was already pretty close so I came inside and waited to the side until I saw them making my order. The order itself was simple, double orange chicken with a side of teriyaki chicken and fried rice. I made a mistake on my mobile order and could not edit it to make it right. Other apps at least give you the option to cancel the order but apparently Panda Express does not. They wanted me to either buy an entire $7 al a carte protein OR to get in touch with corporate and spend however long waiting for a refund. Panda can do better than that. This is the first and last disappointment I’ve had with them.
